Lemony Lemongate: Daenerys and The Three Heads

lemon tree

Previously we explored how the three heads of the dragon are fire, ice and sea dragons.

But three is three, and there may be at least three more ways to look at this riddle.

In this post, we will explore how we know nothing and so does Daenerys. There may be three heads to ride the three kinds of dragons and how the red door of Daenerys’ dream is in Dorne; specifically Lemonwood, the seat of House Dalt.

According to iO9:

Theon Greyjoy actor Alfie Allen reveals he asked George R.R. Martin the answer to one of the saga’s biggest unsolved mysteries, and his answer certainly drops some potentially massive clues:

You know, I asked him about who Jon Snow’s real parents were, and he told me. I can’t say who, but I can tell you that it involves a bit of a Luke Skywalker situation.

The twin card has already been played and overplayed. But this being GRRM…

There is an Other.

Obi-Wan: “That boy is our last hope.”

Yoda: “No…”

Yoda: “…There is another.”

Daendrew says “an Other, there is.”

An other, and an other, and yet an Other.

Lyanna Stark may be the mother of three dragons.

3 “heads” of the dragon coming from her womb could surely have killed her.

Ned brought home Jon. There may be two more dragons that “hatched.”

My top candidates are Daenerys, Meera and Edric Dayne.

It may also be Val and (r)Aegon

Who else do you think they could be?

Meera

Howland whose wife is very suspiciously named Jyanna and no one would ever ever see her because no one can ever find Greywater Watch. Jyanna is a smishsmosh name combinging Jon and Lyanna. It also sounds like a fake name and she may be Ashara Dayne. Septa Lemore may also be Ashara Dayne. But not simultaneously. They both need to take turns being Ashara. Get in line, bub.

The given purpose of Howland’s daughter Meera was to protect the physically weak Jojen, but Jojen is no more. What is her character role up there with Bran after her sole purpose is lost. Bran in Hodors skin confessed that he is in love with Meera. Now look at Meera’s name, it means mirror. A twin image.

GRRM may have wanted to speed up the books 5 years so Bran and Meera could have IceBrandony FireDragony hatchlings together, creating anOther verse in the Song of Ice and Fire. They are cousins, the incest it gets far worse in ASOIAF.

My money is strongly on Meera being Jon’s twin.

Edrick Dayne

Ned supposedly killed his uncle in the period during which he was born yet they call him Ned? Something smells fish. It is not the Deep Ones. House Dayne is going to be uber-important. I have a related megatheory coming out about House Dayne and the Long Night called The Sword of Ice and Fire. Watch for that. Edrick may become Sword of The Morning.

House Stark may be a cadet branch of House Dayne. Stark at night, Bright as Dayne.. they are both two halves of the same coin. GRRM went to lengths to point out how Ned personally brought Dawn to Starfall (but not Ser Arthur’s bones… hmm)

rAegon

If fAegon is actually rAegon and son of Lyanna. That is far, far more interesting a story. We don’t give a damn about Blackfyres we don’t know or care about. But if he is the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna. That’s a big deal.

Val

Some have claimed Mance Rayder is really Rhaegar and Val is his daughter. Who knows. I am skeptical but keep my door slightly ajar to the possibilities. I have a very different idea on how “Mance Rhaegar” would have have dragon blood in him though. My next post coming out very shortly, hopefully today is my huge megatheory post, The Mystery Nights King.

Daenerys

The biggest clue Daenerys is Jon’s sibling is when she is in the House of the Undying they called her “child of three”

. . . mother of dragons . . . child of three . . .

Lemony Lemongate: Daenerys of Lemonwood

Dany only knows about her past from what Viscerys has told her. Nobody should trust anything Viscerys says about anything. There is a theory that it’s detractors hilariously call Lemongate. But I think has some serious merit to it. Dany remembers the house with a red door over and over. GRRM doesn’t repeat anything over and over unless there is a purpose to it. So hold your dragonchins up high my fellow conspirators. There is a vast dark-wing conspiracy about us. Dangerous lemons lurk around every corner.

Brace yourself… lemons are coming.

The house with the red door also has a lemontree. But GRRM has gone to length to repeat over and over that trees do not grow in Braavos. That is an incredibly bizarre thing to make up and add to the story. When GRRM makes these extreme statements or gestures that seem odd, like an entire country with the largest fleet of wood ships not having trees, it seems because the soil is somehow poisoned or otherwise magically affected (only death can pay for life).

A brilliant Westeros.org member “Frey Family Reunion” found where Dany’s house with the door may be. I think it has merit. My contribution was finding that right by that location where the Orphans of The Greenblood live is the seat of House Dalt which is named…. Lemonwood.

Curiously someone perceived as Quaithe sends Dany a message and tells her

No. You are the blood of the dragon. The whispering was growing fainter, as if Ser Jorah were falling farther behind. Dragons plant no trees. Remember that. Remember who you are, what you were made to be. Remember your words.

You know nothing Daenerys Stormborn.

Who are you Daenerys? Who are you really? Where are you from? What is the meaning of life? Why does anything exist in the universos in first place? Are we alone in the universos? Is space infinitely divisible or is there a limit?

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?
